Epinephrine autoinjectors: are needles too short?

The length of the needle on current epinephrine autoinjectors (i.e., EpiPen or Twinject) may be insufficient to reach the muscle in a significant number of children, according to researchers from the Phoenix Children's Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona.
